Grant Guide

For public bodies

Work with Grant Guide

Grant Guide helps founders find public funding and explains each program from the official page. What it cannot do alone: know about a change before the official page shows it. Ministries, agencies, development banks, regions and EU projects with open calls can help in three steps. Each step brings founders more value and asks more of the public body.

Three steps

Effort rises step by step.

  1. Step 1

    Take part

    Effort: low, no IT, days

Name a contact, report changes, review the program cards, mention Grant Guide.

    See the four offers
  2. Step 2In preparation

    Connect

    Effort: medium, IT, weeks

Call data in a machine-readable format, deep links to the right call on the official portal, and official eligibility checklists.

  3. Step 3In preparation

    Partner

Effort: high, project and agreement, months

A pilot programme with impact figures, anonymous demand data in aggregate, and licensed data.

Step 1

Take part

Four offers that need no technology on either side.

  1. Name a contact person.

    What it takes
One person in the programme team or the press office who answers questions about the programme.
    What founders get
Open questions are cleared with the source, so no founder is sent off on a guess.
  2. Report changes.

    What it takes
A short email when a call opens or closes, a deadline moves, the budget runs out, or the rules change.
    What founders get
The program page shows the change, often before the next desk check.
  3. Review the program cards.

    What it takes
A one-time read of how Grant Guide summarises the programmes, with corrections marked.
    What founders get
Summaries that match the official rules.
  4. Mention Grant Guide.

    What it takes
A link on the programme page or in an information session.
    What founders get
A way to compare the programme with others in the region and across Europe, and to add deadlines to their calendar.

Ground rules

What Grant Guide is and is not

  • Grant Guide is an independent guide for founders and not a public body.
  • Facts such as deadlines, amounts and eligibility come only from official pages and link to their source.
  • Founders apply on the official portal themselves; Grant Guide never submits applications.
  • Grant Guide is free for founders.
