Who runs Grant Guide and how to reach the operator.
Grant Guide (eugrantguide.com) is run by a private person:
Lea Marie Korsawec/o Korsawe Consulting GmbHMaximilianstraße 280539 MünchenGermany- Digital Services Act contact point
- hello@eugrantguide.com, the single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Languages: English and German.
- Responsible for content
- Lea Marie Korsawe, address as above (section 18 (2) Medienstaatsvertrag).
Korsawe Consulting GmbH is not the operator of Grant Guide. It receives mail for the operator at this address and hands it over.
What the site does with data, and what it does not.
No cookies, no tracking
Grant Guide sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other servers. Fonts come from Grant Guide itself. Using the site needs no account and no personal data.
The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Lea Marie Korsawe, c/o Korsawe Consulting GmbH, Maximilianstraße 2, 80539 München, Germany, email hello@eugrantguide.com. A data protection officer is not required.
The site, its feeds and data files, and the Grant Guide MCP server run on servers of Hostinger. When a page, feed or file is requested, the server records the IP address, date and time, the requested address, the referring page, and the browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and to defend it against attacks. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (the legitimate interest in a working, secure site).
Hostinger processes this data on behalf of the operator under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). The contracting entity is Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus. Hostinger names its own sub-processors in that agreement; where data leaves the European Economic Area, the EU standard contractual clauses apply (Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
The servers stand in Frankfurt, Germany; Hostinger keeps backups in France. Hostinger keeps the server logs for a short time on its own schedule (the hosting panel shows the last 7 days) and deletes them automatically. Grant Guide does not copy, combine or analyse them.
Emails to hello@eugrantguide.com are processed to answer them. The mailbox runs on Hostinger Email under the same agreement. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the email concerns a request about Grant Guide, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Emails are deleted 24 months after the matter is closed, unless a legal duty requires keeping them longer.
Calendar files, RSS feeds, /data/catalog.json, /llms.txt and the instruction files for assistants are public files. A calendar or feed reader that fetches them leaves the same server log entry as a page view and nothing else. Grant Guide does not know who subscribes.
On /ask/ the question and the chosen company facts stay in the browser. Grant Guide never receives them and stores nothing, not even in the browser. The page builds a prompt locally. Choosing Grok, Claude or ChatGPT opens that service in a new tab with the prompt in its address; the Draft with your assistant buttons on program pages do the same with a prompt that holds only public program data. From then on the chosen service processes the prompt as its own controller, under the account and terms the visitor has with xAI, Anthropic or OpenAI. Copy places the prompt on the visitor's own clipboard.
The MCP server at mcp.eugrantguide.com answers read-only questions about the public catalog for AI assistants, without an account. A request carries the caller's IP address (usually a server of the AI provider), the tool called and its arguments, such as search words, a program id or company facts like country and stage. The arguments are used to answer the request and are not stored. To limit the number of requests, the IP address is turned into a short code with a random value that exists only in memory, changes every 24 hours and is never written down; neither the address nor the code is stored. Grant Guide's own log line for each request holds only the time, the tool name, the duration, the status, the number of results, the protocol version, the name of the client app and an error code, never arguments or addresses. Hostinger's server logs apply as described above. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (the legitimate interest in answering requests and keeping the server available).
The conversation itself happens in the visitor's own assistant. The provider of that assistant sees it under its own terms; Grant Guide does not.
- Access to the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Article 16) and erasure (Article 17)
- Restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21)
An email to hello@eugrantguide.com is enough.
Every person may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority for the operator is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany (www.lda.bayern.de).
Providing data is neither required by law nor by contract. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
This text describes the site as it runs today. When a feature that processes more data arrives, such as signing in, this text is updated before the feature goes live. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
How to read the catalog, and how it may be reused.
Grant Guide is a free guide to grants and foundation funding for founders, run by Lea Marie Korsawe (see the imprint). Using it costs nothing and needs no account. The operator may change, pause or end features at any time; there is no claim to availability.
Grant Guide is information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Program entries are compiled with the help of AI tools from the official pages and checked before they are published. They can still be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and a funder can change its rules at any time.
Only the funder's official page and call documents are binding. Every program in Grant Guide links its official page. Before applying, check every amount, date and eligibility rule there. Where the official page and Grant Guide differ, the official page applies.
Ask, the Draft with your assistant buttons, the coach pages and the MCP server hand Grant Guide data to an AI assistant the visitor chooses. Answers and drafts are written by that assistant, not by Grant Guide, and can be wrong; check them against the official pages. Grok, Claude, ChatGPT and every other linked service have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their use.
The MCP server is for answering questions in assistants. Automated bulk downloads that burden it, attempts to break its limits or its security, and use for unlawful purposes are not allowed. The server limits requests and may refuse them.
The catalog (program entries, their selection and arrangement, and the data files) is protected, and all rights are reserved. Quoting single entries with a link to the program page on eugrantguide.com is welcome. Copying the catalog or substantial parts of it, also through the data files or the MCP server, needs written permission. Requests: hello@eugrantguide.com.
A wrong entry, a changed call or content that seems unlawful can be reported to hello@eugrantguide.com. A report should say which entry it concerns and why. Each report is checked promptly, and the sender hears back about the outcome.
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence the operator is liable only for the breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper use of Grant Guide possible in the first place and on which users may regularly rely, and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. The operator is not responsible for the content of linked official pages and other external sites.
These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies. German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
